Senior SAP TM Functional Consultant – ECC Shipment, Planning, Execution & Freight Settlement

Project Overview :

We are seeking seasoned SAP TM Functional Consultants with over 12 years of experience specializing in ECC Shipment functionality, transportation, and shipments linked to Stock Room Management. This role also requires expertise in SAP WM with a strong focus on implementation and migration projects. Consultants will support end-to-end SAP TM implementations integrated with SAP logistics execution modules and complex warehouse management environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, shipment execution, and freight settlement processes within the SAP TM ECC Shipment framework, ensuring seamless integration with Stock Room Management.

Design, configure, and optimize SAP TM and SAP WM modules for transportation, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Manage full lifecycle implementation and migration projects involving SAP TM and SAP WM modules, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.

Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable SAP TM solutions integrated with SAP WM and stock room logistics.

Support transport and warehouse data synchronization, master data management, and document interfaces between TM and WM.

Troubleshoot, optimize processes, and recommend improvements for SAP TM and WM functionalities.

Develop detailed functional documentation, test plans, and user guides aligned with project standards.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry regulations related to transportation and warehouse management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 12 years of SAP TM and SAP WM experience with hands-on involvement in implementation and migration projects, especially in ECC environments.

In-depth knowledge of SAP TM features covering transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and ECC shipment processes.

Extensive experience with SAP Warehouse Management and Stock Room Management modules.

Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations and seamless migration activities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.

Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

SAP TM and WM certifications and familiarity with industry best practices are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Experience in integrating SAP TM with SAP ECC and SAP WM modules at an enterprise level.

Knowledge of data replication frameworks and interfaces (e.g., CIF, DRF) between SAP TM, WM, and ECC.

Familiarity with advanced logistics and warehouse process optimization techniques.

Commitment to continuous learning in SAP supply chain and transportation technologies.
