About the Role
The Senior Associate – Marketplace will be responsible for driving sales, managing end-to-end online business operations, and strengthening brand performance across key e-commerce marketplaces such as AJIO, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, and others. This role blends commercial ownership, performance marketing insight, and cross-functional execution to unlock growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and end-to-end business operations for the brand across online marketplaces (AJIO, Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, etc.).
- Develop marketplace-specific sales and marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive channel growth.
- Analyze product sales patterns, assess new launch potential, and design strategies to improve revenue performance.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key account partners to ensure pipeline visibility and revenue expansion.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders without authority and build strategic partnerships to unlock growth.
- Lead escalation management related to promotions, discounts, and negotiations with marketplace partners.
- Provide performance marketing insights to optimize ROI across marketplace investments.
- Negotiate and manage performance marketing initiatives with marketplace partners to enhance visibility and sales.
- Oversee and audit product content across platforms, including keyword enrichment, A+ content, infographics, and catalogue enhancement for all SKUs.
- Ensure SLA adherence by coordinating closely with SCM and internal operations teams.
