We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building Generative AI applications, Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems, and Agentic AI solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in developing, deploying, and scaling AI-powered products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications and services, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop Agentic AI systemsautonomous agents capable of planning and executing multi-step tasks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Write clean, scalable Python code and build APIs / services for AI model deployment.
• Own feature delivery end-to-endfrom research, experimentation, and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Stay updated with emerging AI / ML frameworks, tools, and best practices and apply them to enhance product capabilities.
• Contribute to a high-performing engineering culture and mentor junior developers when Skills & Experience :
• 3-6 years of overall software development experience, with at least 3 years in AI / ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proven expertise in working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and Generative AI models (text, image, or audio).
• Practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience in building and deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and prompt engineering.
• Good understanding of API development, version control (Git), DevOps / MLOps practices.
