About the Role

We are hiring a Creative Copywriter to own all writing at Indian Farmer. Your job is to convert ideas, videos, and raw inputs into clear, simple, high-impact communication across the brand. You don’t need an agriculture background; you need strong writing sense, structure, clarity, and the ability to simplify any topic.

Everything written at Indian Farmer will go through you across social media, courses, ads, landing pages, website copy, and brand assets. This is a writing-first role. If something needs to be written, you will own it.

​​Use of AI is fine for support, but this role is not for someone who relies on AI to write everything.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social and Platform Writing

  • Write captions, titles, and descriptions for all platforms
  • Repurpose videos into text formats, carousels, or image posts
  • Write standalone posts for , Twitter, and other platforms

2. Course and Learning Content

  • Write ad copy, module summaries, and all student-facing content
  • Structure complex topics into simple, practical communication

    • 3. Website and Landing Page Writing

  • Write landing pages for courses and product launches
  • Write all website content and ensure consistency across the platform

    • 4. Brand and Internal Communication

  • Write brand statements, taglines, and key messaging
  • Write internal documents and official communication
  • Support founders and team with key writing tasks when needed

    • 5. Research, Structuring and Documentation

  • Convert raw inputs, references, and ideas into structured written output
  • Ensure accuracy with basic fact-checking
  • Maintain all writing systems, documentation, and templates

    • Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or similar roles
  • Written fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
  • Strong understanding of content psychology, captions, titles, and user behaviour across YT, IG, FB, LI, and X
  • Strong writing skills across social media, website, and other formats
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and structure ideas clearly
  • Comfortable using AI tools, Docs, Sheets, and digital workflows, but not dependent on AI for full writing
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple writing tasks
  • Reliable laptop and strong Wi-Fi; able to work remotely with a minimum availability of 40 hours per month
