Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Generative AI & LLM Development :

Build and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.

Develop agentic AI solutions using LangChain and AWS Bedrock / Foundational Models.

Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks ensuring accuracy and performance.

Integrate vector databases (e.g. Pinecone FAISS) for semantic search and knowledge base management.

Model Training & MLOps :

Train evaluate and deploy machine learning models on AWS SageMaker including pipeline automation.

Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning CI / CD monitoring and performance tracking.

Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering to ensure scalable deployment and data readiness.

Integration & Communication :

Work closely with product and backend teams to integrate AI features into core applications.

Communicate model decisions limitations and performance to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay current with LLM advancements foundation models and emerging frameworks.

Mentorship & Strategic Advisory : Mentor junior AI / ML resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Communicate AI / ML strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
