The Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance brand presence. This role involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating partnership agreements, and ensuring that partnerships deliver measurable value to both parties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and evaluate potential partners to support company goals and business expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure partnership success.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Manage communication and issue resolution with partners to maintain long-term engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing B2B or strategic alliances preferred.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle multiple priorities.Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on partnership ROI.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
