What You'll Do
- Responsible for coordinating activities related to clients' accounts.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
- Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emails
- Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
