We’re Hiring with a reputed Real estate Brand in Mumbai

Position : HR Business Partner (Recruitment / Talent Acquisition + HR Generalist)

Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai (On-site)

Salary : 8 LPA - 14 LPA

Timings : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM | Mon–Fri + 1st Sat

Key Responsibilities :

Lead full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening & onboarding.

Build strong pipelines through job portals & professional networks.

Partner with hiring managers to align talent needs with business goals.

Ensure great candidate experience & handle salary negotiations.

Maintain MIS and recruitment analytics.

What We’re Looking For :

• Min 8- 10+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other portals
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
