Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Accountant. The position is located in Navi Mumbai. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Other tasks include preparing financial reports, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Staff Accountant will also assist in audit preparations and support the financial planning process.

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting skills
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management experience
• Knowledge of Payroll processing and compliance
• Experience with audit preparations and support
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
