Job Description :

Strategic Planning & Execution

Define and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals.

Plan, monitor, and manage all project executions from acquisition to handover.

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Project Management

Oversee end-to-end project execution : land acquisition, design, construction, sales support, and handovers.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Monitor construction schedules, quality standards, and resource utilization.

Process Optimization

Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

Drive automation and digital transformation across operations.

Implement best practices in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including project managers, site engineers, procurement, and legal teams.

Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.

Regulatory & Legal Compliance

Ensure adherence to RERA, municipal, environmental, and labor regulations.

Oversee documentation, approvals, and legal clearances for all projects.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage key external stakeholders including contractors, architects, consultants, and government agencies.

Build strong vendor relationships ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Financial Oversight

Work with the finance team to manage operational budgets and cost controls.

Monitor project cash flows, timelines, and profitability metrics.
