(Urgent Search) Assistant Project Manager

Job descriptionFinalize incentive targets for the team in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Monitor team performance through timely review mechanisms and structured reporting. Design and implement scalable business processes to improve efficiency. Build dashboards and reports to enhance visibility of team performance and outcomes. Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for business gaps or performance deviations. Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve business outcomes. Lead daily team huddles to ensure clarity of goals and alignment on priorities. Collaborate with CFTs including Credit, Finance, Data, and Operations to drive seamless execution. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership and stakeholders. Ensure crisp, clear, and structured communication across teams.
