Role Overview
We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager (TPM)
to lead
HR Solutions / HCM Implementation Projects
for global clients.
The role requires strong functional and technical understanding across
PeopleSoft HCM, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM
, and
Kronos (Time & Attendance)
systems, ensuring smooth end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end implementation
of HCM and Workforce Management projects.
Work closely with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead
cross-functional teams
(functional, technical, and QA) for successful execution.
Ensure proper integration between various HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, T&A, Performance, etc.).
Handle
risk management, project governance, and client communication
Oversee
system upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support
Maintain compliance, data integrity, and performance of HR systems.
Technical Skills Required
HR & Workforce Systems :
PeopleSoft HCM | SAP HCM / SuccessFactors | Oracle HCM | Workday HCM | Kronos (T&A)
Strong exposure to
HR Integrations, Data Migration, and APIs
Understanding of
SQL / PL-SQL, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi), and BI reporting
preferred.
Experience in
Agile / Waterfall delivery models
Soft Skills
Strong
leadership and stakeholder management
Excellent
communication and analytical skills
Proven ability to
handle multiple parallel projects
and deliver results on time.
Experience working with
onshore–offshore teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification
preferred.
Prior experience leading
HCM transformation or implementation programs
is a must.
