We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team dedicated to solving our customers' most complex security challenges.

As a Presales Engineer , you are the technical powerhouse behind the sales team. You will be responsible for understanding deep customer pain points, architecting compelling solutions, and demonstrating how our product can solve their most critical security operations challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales : Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies, providing the technical expertise to overcome objections and win deals.
  • Lead Technical Discovery : Engage with prospective customers to deeply understand their security architecture, operational workflows, and business challenges.
  • Deliver Compelling Demonstrations : Conduct dynamic and tailored product demonstrations that showcase the value and differentiation of our AISOC platform, connecting technical features to customer business needs.
  • Drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) : Design, manage, and execute successful POCs, proving our platform's capabilities and value in the prospect's own environment to secure the technical win.
  • Architect Solutions : Design and propose how our platform will integrate into a prospect's complex ecosystem of SIEMs, EDRs, cloud services, and other security tools.
  • Respond to RFPs / RFIs : Own the technical response for formal proposals and security questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and highlighting our competitive advantages.
  • Be the Technical Expert : Act as the go-to resource for the sales team and prospects on all things related to our product, the competitive landscape, and the broader cybersecurity domain.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as a Presales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a senior consulting role.
  • Deep Cybersecurity Domain Knowledge : Strong, hands-on understanding of SOC operations , security principles, and the modern cybersecurity landscape. You must be fluent in concepts like SIEM , SOAR , threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK, and log analysis.
  • Strong Technical Acumen : Strong command of Linux and networking
