Job description

Job responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience

  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Windchill suite of products.
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem solving skills
  • Experience in coding with Java, JSP, HTML, REST / OData Web services and RDBMS / SQL
  • Experience in Design, development (coding), implementation and support of Windchill PDM / PLM

features, customizations and workflows.

  • Expertise on EPM / Doc / Part / BOM management, version control, change management and filevault

    • configurations

  • Design and code / implement Windchill customizations using Windchill UI Architectures - Template

    • Processor, DCA, JCA, MVC, Form processors, Datautilities, Action Validators

  • Expertise on Windchill Design Patterns and Object Model
  • Experience with Windchill Type and Attributes, OIRs, Lifecycle templates and workflow templates
  • Business administration managing new users / groups and permissions (ACLs).
  • Build reports using Windchill QueryBuilder
  • Experience on Windchill Upgrades, updates and CPS installations

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of work experience in CAD / PDM and PLM systems
  • Proficiency working in Linux environment
  • Experience with distributed enterprise systems
