Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role
Were on the lookout for a Motion Graphics Designer who knows how to add life to storytelling through subtle, purposeful animation. Youll be the visual finishing touch behind our campus brand content—crafting intro sequences, lower thirds, animated frames, and motion templates that elevate Nxtwave (NIAT)'s visual identity.
This role isn't about flashy overdesign—it's about precision, elegance, and understanding what to move and when to hold.
What You'll Do
- Design and animate visual elements like intro / outro graphics, titles, lower thirds, CTAs, and transitions
- Collaborate with campus editors to craft visual flows aligned with content mood and brand guidelines
- Maintain and evolve motion templates for testimonial videos, student reels, and campaign formats
- Ensure brand consistency in type, layout, colors, transitions, and animation timing
- Work with the central design / art team on new graphic packs, motion kits, and UI / UX components
- Optimize renders for fast delivery across multiple formats (HD, Reels, Stories, YouTube, etc.)
- Occasionally support content creators and editors with on-the-fly graphic needs during fast turnarounds
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in motion design or video animationProficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere knowledge is a plus)Strong understanding of typography, layout, timing, and motion behaviorFamiliarity with brand systems and working with style guidesAbility to translate moodboards and static design into motionBonus : Experience in educational content, branding videos, or documentary graphicsBonus : Ability to localize graphic content across multiple languages (not mandatory)
