About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Growth & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team!

You’ll support our business development and marketing teams in identifying new opportunities, managing partnerships, and driving campaigns that grow our customer base and strengthen our brand presence.

What You’ll Do

Assist in developing and managing brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and affiliate programs .

Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives .

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and opportunities.

Help coordinate events, product launches, and campaign activations.

Manage communication with partners and track campaign performance.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure alignment across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or related field).

0–1 years of experience in marketing, growth, or partnerships (internships count!).

A solid understanding of digital marketing channels — social media, influencer marketing, email, etc.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A curious, proactive, and “get-things-done” attitude.

Bonus : familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Canva .
