About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack or Backend Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications while ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server / Cosmos DB.

Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs for scalable and secure data exchange.

Work across the full software development lifecycle — from design and coding to deployment and performance tuning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Ensure application responsiveness, reliability, and performance optimization.

Apply best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

2 to 15 years of experience in Full Stack or Backend development.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB.

Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and implementation.

Solid understanding of core web technologies — JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience with performance optimization and scalable application architecture.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in Product-based or Software companies (candidates from these backgrounds have a higher success rate in our selection process).

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (e.G., Git).
