Agilysis is seeking a Workday Talent Manager to support and lead the optimization and continuous improvement of Workday Talent module. This role will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and aligning the Workday Talent module with our client’s talent strategy to drive employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Job Duties :
Lead the support and optimization for the use of Workday Talent modules.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define talent strategies and translate them into system configurations and process improvements.
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase adoption of talent processes within Workday.
Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes, enhancements or new functionality within Workday Talent module.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Talent; provide guidance and training to HR teams and end users.
Monitor and report on key talent metrics and system usage to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage change management and communication related to new features, upgrades, and process updates.
Stay current with Workday releases and assess the impact and value of new features.
Skills and Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Workday Talent modules.
Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and change management in Workday.
Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Workday certification in Talent & Performance (a big plus but not mandatory).
