Manager Civil

Responsibilities

• Responsible for current and upcoming project and its civil work as well civil work on existing buildings .
• To Verify and check all civil contractor, Subcontractor, Suppliers bills / claims as per Purchase Order and Timely completed or not.
• Site Execution work, Pre planning, Co-ordination with Consultant and approved.
• Monitoring of all site activities, arriving of quantities and materials procurement etc.
• Quotation comparison with vendors and rate finalization after approval by Directors.
• Meeting with civil architect and discussing regarding drawing and taking approval from directors.
• Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly Meeting with CMD.
• To do any other activities as assigned from time to time by the organization.
• Job Location : Kudus, Wada - Dist Palghar - Maharashtra
