Social Media Account Manager – Oxyzem Creative Agency
Oxyzem Creative Agency is on the lookout for a Social Media Account Manager who can own client relationships while making sure their social media presence stays consistent, engaging, and impactful.
If you’re someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on organisation, and has a knack for keeping brands active and buzzing online, this role is for you.
What you'll do : You will be the
client servicing lead , building trust and maintaining smooth communication.
Manage day-to-day
social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring
for client pages.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure
on-time deliverables .
Track campaign progress, follow up on approvals, and ensure
deadlines never slip .
Keep an eye on social media activity, responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions.
Share
performance reports and actionable insights
with clients regularly.
You should have :
2–5 years of experience in
client servicing or social media management
(agency experience is a big plus).
Good technical understanding of
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
Excellent
communication and organisational skills
to handle multiple accounts.
A detail-oriented, proactive mindset, to be always on top of deliverables and deadlines.
Familiarity with
analytics tools
like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. is a bonus.
