Healthcare Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using

Java, Python, or Object Scripts .

Work with healthcare interoperability standards such as

CCDA, HL7, FHIR, JSON, and XML messaging .

Design and implement

XSLT transformations

and

XPath mappings .

Utilize development tools such as

GIT

and

VS Code

for version control and coding.

Develop integrations using protocols like

TCP / IP, MLLP, SFTP, REST, and SOAP .

Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align with healthcare workflows.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure integration solutions.

Required Skills

Strong software development experience in

Java / Python / Object Scripts .

Proficiency in

healthcare data standards

(CCDA, HL7, FHIR, JSON, XML).

Solid understanding of

clinical domain platforms and workflows .

Expertise in

XSLT transformation and XPath mappings .

Experience with

integration protocols

(TCP / IP, MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP).

Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.

Good to Have

Strong knowledge of

SQL .

Experience with

InterSystems IRIS for Healthcare Integrations .

Exposure to

cloud platforms (GCP / GKE) ,

Docker containers , and

DevOps practices .
