location : Anywhere (India)

No. of years’ experience 8+ relevant experience as PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant

Detailed job description - Skill Set :

Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements.

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM including involvement in atleast 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (version 9.2 preferred)

Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, time & labor and talent management.

Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR , Query and App Designer.

Mandatory Skills(2-3)ONLY 1. Must Have : Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM including involvement in atleast 2 PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (version 9.2 preferred)

2. Strong communication skills
