Curated 12–24-SKU capsules (925 / 14K), keystone+ margins , retail-ready assets.

All orders & samples ship from our U.S. warehouse (2–5 biz days, easy returns).

12–18% commission , protected territories , avg opening PO $1.2k–$3k .

What You’ll Do (Independent)

Pitch your existing US / UK boutique & showroom buyers; open doors fast.

Run outreach (email / / calls), book Zooms, close POs, drive reorders.

Coordinate U.S. sample kits (dispatch / returns) and keep CRM tidy.

Who Should Apply

You already sell jewelry / fashion to US / UK boutiques or online jewelers.

You can list 10+ buyer contacts (store / buyer + city / state).

Strong English; comfortable with US / UK time windows.

Commission & Terms (no fixed pay)

12–15% on paid invoices (evergreen)

18% on first orders from new doors (first 60 days).

Spiffs : +$100 per new door over target; +$50 add-on band upsell.

Territory protection after 3 producing doors or $7.5k in 60 days.

Samples : shipped from U.S.; refundable deposit / consignment per policy .

Payout : within 5 biz days of our receipt of customer payment.

KPIs (for pros)

10+ qualified appointments / month → 6 quotes → 3 POs / month within 60 days.

Weekly pipeline update; reorder planning per account.
