Your Role Will Involve :

For Front Office Faculty :

• Delivering engaging theory and practical sessions in Front Office Operations (reservations, check-in / check-out, guest relations, billing)
• Training students in communication skills, telephone etiquette, and guest handling
• Conducting hands-on sessions using Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, IDS, etc.
• Guiding students on professional grooming, guest psychology, and service recovery
• Updating curriculum to align with evolving front office technology and global standards
