Job Title : BPM Technical Lead

Experience :

8–10 years overall IT experience (minimum 5 years in BPM development)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled

BPM Technical Lead

to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of

Business Process Management (BPM)

applications using

Newgen technologies . The ideal candidate will drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives in the

banking domain , focusing on systems such as

Retail Loan Origination (RLOS)

and

Customer Onboarding .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end BPM application design, development, configuration, and deployment on

Newgen platforms

(iBPS, OmniDocs, Mobility).

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.

Ensure seamless

integration

with enterprise systems via

APIs, Web Services, and third-party connectors .

Mentor and guide development teams, enforcing

coding standards, performance tuning, and quality assurance .

Define and execute

testing, deployment, and release management

strategies.

Manage production rollouts, monitor performance, and resolve post-deployment issues.

Maintain

comprehensive documentation

for architecture, configurations, and governance compliance.

Contribute to

automation initiatives ,

process reengineering , and

digital transformation goals .

Perform

impact analysis ,

scalability assessments , and ensure high system availability and resilience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

On-time and successful BPM / iBPS project delivery

Application performance (uptime, error rate, response time)

Business user satisfaction and adoption

Compliance with IT security and audit standards

Innovation and process improvement contributions

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven expertise in

Newgen BPM platforms

(iBPS, OmniDocs, Mobility)

Strong knowledge of

banking workflows

– especially

loan origination

and

customer onboarding

Proficiency in

Java / J2EE, SQL, APIs, REST, SOAP, and Web Services

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams

Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
