QA Validation Engineer

Job Title : Testing Validation / QA Engineer

Location : Sanand, Gujarat

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct testing and product validation of power conditioning equipment such as UPS systems, VFDs, battery chargers, and related products.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and documentation for new and existing products.
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with design and service teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical feedback to R&D and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
