Job description

• Customer Interaction : Greet customers, assist with their banking needs, and provide exceptional customer service
• Inquiries : Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information on banking products and services
• Cash Handling : Cash Transactions : Process various cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
• Currency Exchange : Handle foreign currency exchange and provide accurate exchange rates
• Banking Transactions : Account Management : Assist customers with account-related tasks, such as balance inquiries, account transfers, and statement requests
• Security : Security Measures : Adhere to security and compliance procedures, including verifying customer identification and detecting counterfeit currency
• Records and Documentation : Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift
