Job Title :

Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Cloud Architect / Senior Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Architect / Senior Developer to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem. The role involves both solution architecture and hands-on development, including configuration, customization, and integration with related Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs.
  • Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models.
  • Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules
  • Provide technical leadership to offshore / onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new features, and best practices.
  • Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and user training material.
  • Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 3+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules.
  • Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment.
  • Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS).
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    • Nice to Have

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience with migration projects from on-premise Incentive Compensation to Oracle ICM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Redwood UX and Oracle’s new UI components.
