Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Cloud Architect / Senior Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Architect / Senior Developer to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem. The role involves both solution architecture and hands-on development, including configuration, customization, and integration with related Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models.
- Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules
- Provide technical leadership to offshore / onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new features, and best practices.
- Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and user training material.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 3+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Cloud.Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules.Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment.Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS).Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred.Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud certification(s).Experience with migration projects from on-premise Incentive Compensation to Oracle ICM Cloud.Knowledge of Redwood UX and Oracle’s new UI components.Requirements
