About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client engagement and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in bidding processes.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and monitor market trends.
Required Skills :
Prior experience in IT Sales or Business Development (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken & written English).
Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and market trends.
Proficiency in lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition.
Ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value deals.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in
BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc (IT)
or
MBA in Sales / Marketing .
