- Directly manage a team of account managers
- Creating yearly forecasts and ensuring you and your team’s OKR all level up to a common quantifiable objective will be a crucial part of your job
- Ensure revenue target realization
- Responsible for key client interaction
- Coach, mentor, provide feedback & improve the skill set & productivity of the team
- You will be the final line of defense on your businesses
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business to understand and deliver on new business opportunities
- Detailed knowledge of the clients contracts and obligations (SOW), understanding the
contractual risks and opportunities, and using them to your advantage
