As part of our expanding operations, we are now looking for experienced IT Recruiters to support our UK / Europe market.

🔎 Position : IT Recruiter – UK / Europe

Experience : 2–15 years
Location : Remote
Job Type : Full-time / Permanent
Salary : Competitive; aligned with company standards

✨ Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international clients

Specialise in contract staffing across the UK / Europe region

Source talent through RPS , job portals, internal databases, and referrals

Conduct pre-screening for skills, experience, and culture fit

Coordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple time zones

Ensure timely follow-up on interview progress and feedback

Assist in offer negotiations and support smooth onboarding
