As a Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level functional and technical guidance on payroll implementations and configurations for US and Canada regions. Your expertise in North America taxation, SDLC, JIRA, BIP, OTBI development, and HDL experience will drive business growth and success.

• 70% Functional and 30% Technical Proficiency
• Implementations Experience and Payroll Elements Set Ups / Configurations for US and Canada Region
• Strong Functional and Technical Knowledge of Payroll (Payroll Process / Element Setup) for US and Canada Region
• US and Canada Year End Knowledge (T4 / RL1 / W4)
• Experience in North America Taxation
• Fast Formula Writing for Payroll Elements
• BIP and OTBI Development
• SDLC and JIRA Knowledge
• HDL Experience
• Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada Localizations
• Pay Slip Template Customizations
• Preparing Functional Required Documents
• Regression Testing of RICE Components
• Functional Experience in US and Canada Payroll
• Troubleshooting Open Cases / Issues and Coordinates with Team Regarding Tickets
• Consults on Requested Configuration Changes and Partners with Team to Determine Best Options for Design Decisions
• Analyzes Impact of Configurational Changes to Payroll Fast Formulas
• Ensures Data Integrity and Governance by Supporting Large / Complex Data Imports and Extracts
• Provides Analysis and Consultation on Implementing New Software Application Products or New Modules
• Supports Integrations, Reports, and Large Data Imports / Extractions
• Plans for and Supports Migrations, Releases, Upgrades, and / or Patches
