Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

located in

Gurugram

  • . The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

, including

job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring

The role involves

leadership hiring

across

tech and non-tech domains

, with a strong focus on

building high-performing teams

in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand business needs, craft effective hiring strategies, and ensure a

seamless candidate experience

This is an exciting opportunity to

work directly with the CEO

and help build an

“IPL team”

of top talent across verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Drive

leadership hiring

across both

tech and non-tech roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand business and role requirements.

Develop and execute effective

employer branding

and

candidate engagement

strategies.

Identify and attract high-quality talent through innovative sourcing methods.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring outcomes.

Qualifications : Proven experience in

full-life cycle recruiting

and

leadership hiring

with

4-8 years

of

experience.

Background in

consulting

and currently working in a

tech startup

environment is

a must

Strong understanding of

recruiting processes

interviewing

, and

hiring

strategies.

Expertise in

employer branding

and talent outreach initiatives.

Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal

skills.

Bachelor’s degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration

, or related field.

Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
