Job descriptionNABH compliance : Develop and implement systems, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with all NABH standards. Quality improvement : Lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Accreditation : Manage the preparation and submission process for NABH accreditation and re-accreditation. Training and education : Conduct training programs for staff on quality standards, infection control, patient safety, and ethical conduct to foster a culture of quality. Documentation and reporting : Set up and maintain quality control and documentation procedures, and prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management. Data analysis : Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to measure performance and identify areas of weakness.
Requirements :
- Required a Quality Head who has rich exposure of working in hospitals and handling quality related issues including NABH.
- Should have independently led the quality team and participated in several NABH audits.
- Good command over NABH documentations and ability to lead the team and coordinate with the departments.
