About The Opportunity

A dynamic player in the residential and commercial interior design & fit-out sector, delivering turnkey interior consultancy, space planning, and on-site execution for projects across India. We specialise in end-to-end design solutions—from concept and detailed drawings to procurement, site supervision and client delivery—serving premium residential, retail and corporate clients. This on-site role is ideal for a hands-on Interior Design Consultant who combines strong client-facing skills with technical drawing and execution experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to capture brief, functional requirements, budget and design intent; translate into concepts and presentation materials (moodboards, schematic plans).
• Produce and deliver accurate technical drawings—floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed joinery—using AutoCAD and collaborate on 3D renderings for client approvals.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates and material / FF&E specifications; coordinate with procurement and suppliers to source finishes and fixtures within budget.
• Manage on-site implementation : supervise contractors, monitor quality, track progress against schedules, and ensure health & safety and compliance on site.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams—project managers, architects, MEP and vendors—to resolve design-to-build challenges and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (RFI, site instructions, snag lists) and handover packages to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
