Trafitek intends to hire a factory manager for its new facility in Bhiwandi .

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role located in Bhiwandi. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient production planning, maintaining quality control standards, and managing manufacturing operations. The role also includes supervising operations and resources, implementing strategies to optimize performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control practices
• Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
• Strategic and effective leadership abilities with exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in evaluating and improving production and operational processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the traffic management or mobility sector is an advantage
