They've built and scaled products that have touched millions of Indian consumers and deeply understand the intersection of payments, credit, and user behaviour.

About the Role
The company is looking for a Brand Head who can take their product from being great to becoming a household name- someone who understands that great brands don't just sell products, they create movements .
The role involves building the brand identity from the ground up, crafting a brand language that's as vibrant and distinctive as the product. Think Zepto's bold irreverence, Flipkart's mass appeal, or Zomato's cultural resonance—the goal is to create a brand that's instantly recognizable and deeply connected with everyday Indians discovering the power of credit.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning : Define and own the complete brand strategy, positioning, and identity. Create a brand language that speaks authentically to India's credit-seeking consumers.
Brand Architecture : Build the comprehensive brand framework including visual identity, tone of voice, brand guidelines, and messaging hierarchy that captures the brand's playful yet trustworthy personality.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns : Conceptualize and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, performance, content, and traditional media channels.
Creative Leadership : Lead creative development in partnership with agencies and internal teams. Drive breakthrough campaigns that cut through the noise in India's crowded fintech landscape.
Team Building : Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, social media, creative, and performance marketing.
Customer Insights : Deeply understand the users- their aspirations, behaviors, and pain points—and translate insights into compelling brand narratives.
Growth Marketing : Work closely with product and growth teams to ensure brand and performance marketing work in harmony to drive user acquisition and engagement.
PR & Communications : Establish the company as a thought leader in the Credit-on-UPI category through strategic PR and external communications.
Partnerships & Collaborations : Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that amplify the brand's reach and cultural relevance.
