The role will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, program delivery and leadership development with specific focus on program outcomes and impact in Odisha
Serve as the lead for the programs & Nurture and deepen relationship with senior leadership of Odisha (both elected representatives and bureaucrats, across departments and levels) as trusted and credible partners
Take full ownership of program delivery, program management and project management
Coordinate effectively with domain teams in matters of planning, program design, review and reporting, monitoring, evaluation and learning
Job Requirements :
A Master’s degree preferably in Development / Policy / Management / equivalent. The higher degree is preferred, but can be relaxed for candidates with exceptional track record.
12+ years’ experience in the social development sector with at least five years in senior management roles; experience in urban sector will be an advantage
Strong systems change knowledge and practice including ability to adapt to differing contexts
Candidates with experience in working within or closely with government are particularly welcome
Experience in working closely with state and / or union governments in large scale systems change or consulting projects, involving stakeholder relationship and program management would be an advantage
