Roles and Responsibilities
Define a Digital marketing roadmap for the organization as a way forward, including strategic
objectives, and ensure alignment with leadership and stakeholders
Overall operating model to enable translation of the strategy into executable action plans with
measurable business value
o What will we achieve, by when and how?
Own and execute the social media strategy for the company
Partner with both internal and external stakeholders at state and area level to drive acceptance,
support, and adoption
Maintain a view of the competitive landscape and drive best practices around digital experience,
developing new and innovative ways to enhance the digital footprint across the organization
Ensuring that the various marketing platforms can be leveraged for future business
opportunities
Provisioning resources and expertise for digital initiatives across the organization
Required Skills :
Demonstrate strategic agility and leadership skills
Driving cross-functional team towards shared outcomes
Strong understanding of Digital marketing Landscape in BFSI; ability to drive business via organic
route & business partners
Customer focused with track record of managing platforms / products that enhance experiences
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, relationship building capabilities,
and proven ability to influence decision-making
Highly motivated, decisive, and result-oriented individual with the flexibility and creativity to
excel in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Strategic leader with complementary attention to detail and execution focus. Ability to work
individually and within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors
