About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and research-driven Senior Voice AI R&D Engineer to join our cutting-edge team focused on building low-latency, contextual Voice AI systems . This role demands deep expertise in designing and optimizing real-time voice AI pipelines , training Large Language Models (LLMs) for voice-specific tasks, and developing hallucination control algorithms to ensure reliable and accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and optimize low-latency voice AI pipelines for real-time applications and multi agentic platform.
- Conduct original research in voice AI, contextual understanding, and hallucination mitigation.
- Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs tailored for voice-based interactions.
- Develop and implement hallucination control algorithms to improve model reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into production systems.
- Publish and present research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
Required Qualifications :
PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Signal Processing, or related field (or equivalent research experience).Minimum 2 published research papers in reputable AI / ML / Voice journals or conferences.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in voice AI R&D, including model training and pipeline optimization.Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.Deep understanding of LLM architectures, voice signal processing, and latency optimization.Preferred Skills :
Experience with real-time voice systems (e.G., ASR, TTS, voice assistants).Familiarity with hallucination detection and mitigation techniques.Knowledge of transformer-based models and fine-tuning strategies for voice tasks.Experience with deployment and scaling of voice AI models in production environments.What We Offer :
