• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Meet with clients to gather detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements (willingness to travel is required).
• Track project performance using appropriate systems and metrics.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, third party vendors, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and sequence project activities to build a structured work plan.
• Assess resource requirements (time, cost, equipment) for successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage schedules to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Monitor ongoing project activities and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
