Project Support Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Management Intern to join our team and assist in planning, executing, and delivering key projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and ensuring that work gets done efficiently across teams.

You’ll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in real-world project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with different departments (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ensure project deliverables are on track.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support in process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
• Learn and use project management tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
