As a Senior AI Engineer, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence models that power our intelligent chatbots and voice agent.
- Lead Development of AI Models : Drive the end-to-end development of Large Language Model-based systems to ingest NHS data sources and generate accurate responses.
- Prompt Engineering & Voice Agent Design : Craft and optimize prompts and voice-agent dialogue flows to maximize response relevance and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI components into our microservices architecture.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Analyze logs and user feedback, troubleshoot edge cases, and implement continuous-learning improvements.
