Job descriptionDesign matchday graphics, player features, social media campaigns, posters, reels covers, and visual stories. Ideate and collaborate with the content and ops team on storytelling ideas. Support content creation for our leagues, podcasts, and studio series. Translate briefs into compelling creatives for digital and occasional print. Assist with shoot planning, basic editing, and art direction. Work on real-time design needs with quick turnarounds and multiple projects. Use design to elevate the branding of our leagues, teams, and sponsors. Passion for sports and design - you follow clubs, leagues, and creators. Working knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar tools. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate fast. Time management and ability to juggle multiple matchdays. Eye for aesthetics, layout, and consistency. Comfortable with fast-paced environments. Your own laptop and ability to commute to our workspace. Love football (or any sport!) and understand the fan culture. Follow sports brands, leagues, or creators that inspire your work. Have basic motion design or video editing skills. Are open to helping out with content shoots or matchday operations. Love building something from scratch. Make your teammates' job easier.
