The Manager / Senior Manager – Growth & Strategy will work closely with the leadership team to conceptualize and drive strategic initiatives that enhance business growth, operational excellence, and market reach.
This role demands a deep understanding of the recruitment and talent landscape , strong analytical skills, and the ability to convert insights into executable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new business opportunities across sectors and service lines.
Conduct in-depth market mapping and analysis to identify emerging industries, functions, and talent segments for business growth.
Evaluate new industry verticals, hiring categories (mid / senior / executive), and service lines for potential expansion.
Develop and present go-to-market plans for new segments — including value propositions, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Support leadership in identifying and prioritizing strategic client accounts and business opportunities.
2. Business Intelligence & Market Insights
Track and analyse industry trends, hiring patterns, compensation movements , and competitor activities.
Build a continuous intelligence framework to support data-driven business decisions.
Prepare industry briefs, opportunity reports, and thought leadership insights for internal and client use.
3. Business Strengthening & Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes , improve delivery efficiency, and enhance client experience.
Design frameworks for pipeline management, revenue tracking, and project performance measurement .
Partner with internal delivery and account management teams to align operational execution with business strategy.
4. Strategic Projects & Leadership Support
Lead special initiatives driven by the leadership— including new business models, partnerships, or strategic collaborations.
Prepare strategy decks, business plans, and leadership review reports with actionable insights.
Serve as a cross-functional bridge between business development, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Postgraduate / Graduate degree in Business, Management, or related field.
7–12 years of experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or business strategy roles within the talent acquisition ecosystem.
Strong understanding of the Indian hiring market, industry dynamics, and client acquisition models .
Proven ability to manage strategic projects, generate business insights, and drive growth initiatives.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
