The Role : HR Intern

What Youll Own

Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key people metrics and trends

Maintain clean and update employee data across HR systems with 100% accuracy

Analyze large HR datasets using Excel / Google Sheets to generate insights for leadership

Identify process gaps using data audits and support automation / simplification of manual workflows

Who You Are

Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas pivot tables charts data analysis)

Familiar with HR systems / tools (e.g. Darwinbox) a strong plus

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive data responsibly

Strong communicator with solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
