Inside Sales Executive – Freshers

, you’ll be trained and guided to :

Connect with B2B clients and introduce them to our flagship solutions :

Kompass Booster

– a powerful B2B database that connects clients to decision-makers across

Understand client needs and explain how our solutions can help them grow.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support senior team members in closing deals.

Build long-term client relationships and contribute to team sales targets.

This role is perfect for

freshers

or candidates with

up to 2 years of Business Development Sales / Inside Sales experience

(preferred : Media, Advertising, B2B Portals, B2B Database Sales).

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any field (open for all fresh graduates).

0 – 2 years of experience

in sales / inside sales (freshers encouraged to apply).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a

sales-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of digital tools / CRM is a plus (training will be provided).
