Frontend Developer – Roles & Responsibilities

Location: On-site – BKC, Mumbai

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Compensation: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)

Role Overview

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the Kenko Wellness website and app interfaces. The role requires strong technical execution, attention to UI/UX details, and collaboration with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless digital experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities1. Website & App Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces.
• Convert Figma/Design files into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
• Ensure mobile-first and cross-browser compatibility.
• Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals performance.

2. UI/UX Implementation

• Implement modern, clean, and conversion-focused UI components.
• Maintain design consistency across web and app platforms.
• Optimize user journeys for lead capture, consultations, and product sales.
• Continuously improve UI based on analytics and user feedback.

3. Technical Ownership

• Write clean, scalable, and reusable code.
• Manage frontend architecture and component libraries.
• Ensure security best practices in frontend integrations.
• Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.

4. API & Backend Coordination

• Integrate APIs with backend systems.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow.
• Test and validate integrations for booking systems, payments, dashboards, etc.

5. Performance & Optimization

• Improve website speed and performance metrics.
• Optimize SEO structure in collaboration with marketing.
• Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

6. Collaboration

• Coordinate with:
• Marketing team (landing pages, campaigns)
• Operations (dashboard improvements)
• Founders for new feature planning
• Participate in weekly review and sprint planning meetings.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with React / Next.js (preferred)
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Knowledge of performance optimization
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Version control (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/wellness startups
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience working with CRM or booking systems
