We are looking for a skilled UK / EU IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical hiring across the UK and Europe.
👉 Only candidates with proven UK / EU IT recruitment experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen IT candidates for UK / EU roles
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviews → offer negotiation)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing IT roles
- Maintain ATS data and follow GDPR & UK / EU hiring compliance
- Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
