Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to manage teams in Property & Casualty Insurance, Mortgage, Underwriting, or other complex international BPO / KPO processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team handling complex insurance or international processes
Drive team performance through coaching, monitoring, and structured reviews
Ensure process compliance, quality, and client satisfaction
Handle escalations, prepare reports, and drive process improvements

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Team Leader (on paper)

Prior experience in P&C insurance or complex international processes

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Proven track record in process improvement and performance management

Preferred Background :

Property & Casualty Insurance

BPO / KPO – Voice or Non-Voice (International)
